Cruise Delivery Service

  • Do I need to collect my luggage in the cruise terminal after disembarking?
    No. With this service, your luggage is transported directly from your stateroom to your destination airport. Due to local custom regulations, you will disembark the ship in the first disembarkation group. You won't need to handle your checked luggage again until you claim it at your destination airport.
  • Can I use this service if I'm flying to an international destination?
    Yes, Onboard Airline Check-In is available for international flights on participating airlines, with the exception of Delta Air Lines. Please note that service availability may vary by port.
  • Is there a fee for this service?
    Please check home page for all pricing information.
  • My airline charged baggage fees for my flight to the cruise. Will I have to pay airline baggage fees again for my return flight?
    Yes, you are still responsible for any fees charged by your airline.
  • Will I be charged a fee if my baggage is overweight?
    Please ensure any checked bags do not weigh more than 50 lbs. Baggage fees, including overweight and oversize, will be collected according to airline policy.
  • Will I get my boarding passes onboard the ship?
    Yes, you will receive your airline boarding passes and preliminary airline luggage tags to place on your baggage while on the ship. These documents will be delivered to your stateroom on the final night of your cruise.
  • Are you able to change my seat assignment?
    Unfortunately, we cannot change seat assignments, as these are managed by the airline. If you wish to request a different seat, please speak with an airline agent at your departure gate after you clear security at the airport.
  • What do I do when I arrive at the airport?
    Since you have already received your boarding pass and checked your luggage through our service, you can proceed directly to the airport security checkpoint with your boarding pass and ID. You do not need to visit the airline ticket counter.
  • I registered for this service and was told I could not participate, is my reservation still confirmed?
    Yes, your flight reservation itself remains confirmed and is unaffected. Unfortunately, on rare occasions, guests are asked by the airline to proceed to the airport for check-in.
  • Does this service include passenger transportation to the airport?
    No, this service covers luggage transfer and airline check-in only. Airport transportation is separate. You can purchase airport transfers onboard the ship or arrange your own transportation, such as a taxi, from the cruise terminal.
  • I forgot to add my frequent flyer number can you do that for me?
    Unfortunately, we are unable to add frequent flyer numbers to your reservation, but you can still add it upon arrival at the airport. Simply ask an airline agent at your gate and they will be happy to do it for you.
  • I tried to sign up online, but the site didn't recognize my cruise date.
    The schedule available has been provided by those ships participating in the service. Departure dates may change periodically. We recommend that you confirm with the front desk when you arrive onboard as they may be still be offering the service.   • Are there any restricted items?
    With the exception of firearms, pets and wheelchairs, as long as your baggage meets travel guidelines for checked baggage traveling on the major airline carriers, it is eligible for delivery. Detailed restrictions are covered in our Restricted Items page of our website.
